Lead Hematology Lab: Shape Clinical Excellence in Baton Rouge!

We are seeking a Hematology Laboratory Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations and ensure clinical excellence. In this administrative leadership role, you will develop and implement new procedures, oversee quality control, and manage personnel performance. Responsibilities include coordinating work activities, ensuring compliance with CLIA, TJC, and CAP standards, and researching new methodologies. You will serve as a technical resource, addressing technical problems and ensuring acceptable levels of analytic performance for high-complexity testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.


• Active Certification: MT/MLS/CLS (ASCP or equivalent) required.


• 5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist / CLS.


• 5 years of full-time experience specifically in Hematology.


• Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and regulatory compliance.
