We are seeking a Bed Coordinator / House Supervisor to support hospital operations in a part-time, variable shift role. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth patient flow and requires frequent collaboration with charge nurses, managers, and hospital administration.

Experience:

Manager/Supervisor experience not required

ICU/SDU experience preferred (MST experience acceptable)

Skills:

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical leadership and administration

Proficiency with Epic or similar electronic health record systems; must be able to complete logs in real time

Schedule: Flexible for rotating day/night shifts (12 hours) | 24 hours per week

Preferred: Experience in a hospital setting; candidates already working in a hospital environment are ideal
