Lead Surgical Team in Vibrant Portland Hospital!

Accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services. The Manager is responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with the hospital's mission, vision, and values.
This role involves managing a large team with Assistant RN Managers in place. Management and leadership.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Must have recent first-line management experience.
3 years Clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications:
5 or more years of RN work experience within a Surgical Services or procedural area
Progressive leadership responsibilities
Current CNOR
Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.

5 or more years as a RN within a hospital operating room environment or procedural area
