Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist
Job Type: [Contract : 13 weeks]

Key Responsibilities
Patient Evaluation: Assess patients' functional abilities and limitations to develop individualized treatment plans.
Treatment Implementation: Deliver therapeutic activities to help patients improve motor skills, cognitive function, and independence.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records (EMR) according to state and facility regulations.
Adaptability: Quickly adapt to new facility policies, software, and team structures in various locations.
Collaboration: Work alongside doctors, nurses, and assistants to ensure comprehensive care.

Active state licensure (or ability to obtain compact licensure).
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Required AHA BLS
One Chart - Cerner
Min of 15-18 months of recent experience within specialty - Acute Care OT department, supporting acute care patients from physician orders throughout the hospital. Supports wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses, including ICU patients, stroke/neurological, orthopedics and general debility.
