We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Bemidji, MN, for a travel/contract position focusing on in-patient rehabilitation. Your primary role will involve evaluating and treating a diverse range of adult patients facing challenges such as general deconditioning, post-operative orthopedic conditions, and other medical-surgical diagnoses.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess an active Minnesota state OT license and a current BLS certification, along with a minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute hospital setting. While your main focus will be on in-patient rehab, a willingness to float to outpatient departments and possibly cross-train for intermittent coverage in skilled nursing facilities will

Min 1 year recent inpatient hospital experience
Willing to float to Outpatient if needed

Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Experience in the acute care setting preferred; 1 year of experience in the past 3 years
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.
MN Occupational Therapy Licensure; BLS-AHA
Shift or schedule requirements.
M-F, day shift; no call or weekends; will not work alone
Floating to over units/departments.
Would prefer willingness to cross training to SNF for intermittent coverage needs, but not a requirement.
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
Hospital licensed for 118 but therapy caseload typically averages approximately 30-40 patients

Charcoal grey scrubs or business casual

- All clinicians must badge in and out at facility
