Join Our Caring Team: Home Health LPN Needed!

Looking to add to our team with a full-time Home Health LPN that would do home health visits out of our Yukon branch office location. Visits will be located in Yukon, Mustang, El Reno, OKC, Piedmont, Bethany, Edmond and surrounding areas. On-call rotation for additional pay is required.

Responsibilities and Duties
This position will coordinate visits as scheduled and complete assessments on assigned home health patients. Will work closely with assigned home care team regarding patient care.

-Prefer at least 1 year experience in Home Health
-Must have minimum 1 year of hands-on nursing care
-Must have current LPN license without restrictions with
Oklahoma State Board of Nursing.
