LPN - School

Adelphi is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provides direct, one-on-one nursing care to a medically fragile student within the school setting in Albany, Georgia. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the student’s health, safety, and access to educational activities throughout the school day.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

• Current LPN license in Georgia

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Experience with pediatric or special needs care (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide one-on-one LPN care per the student’s care plan

• Administer medications, G-tube feeds, and basic respiratory support

• Monitor, document, and report health changes

• Support safety, mobility, classroom access, and transportation needs

• Any other duties assigned
