Licensed Practical Nurse / LVN / LPN

Title : Licensed Vocational Nurse
Location : Denton, TX 76210
Duration : 6+ Months (Extendable Upto 1 Year)

Pay : As Expected*
Shifts : 1, 2, 3 shifts Available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments.
*Provide medication education and complete documentation.
*Perform computer data entry – Receive full training.
*Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, ICF-IDD Regulations, DSSLC Policy and Directives and HHSC *Standards, Rules and Directives.

REQUIREMENTS:
*Must Have a valid TX LVN license.
*Must have at least 2 years of experience
*Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements.
*Must submit to HHSC required drug test, training & fingerprinting.
