Elevate Care: RN Needed for Documentation Improvement!

We are seeking a detail-oriented RN to facilitate improvement in the overall quality and completeness of medical record documentation. You will perform comprehensive assessments of inpatient records to ensure accurate DRG assignment and proper reimbursement. Key duties include identifying documentation gaps, collaborating with HIM coding staff, and providing formal education to physician and nursing teams. This is a Monday–Friday administrative clinical role focused on revenue cycle integrity.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.


• Valid RN License (State or Compact).


• Strong clinical knowledge of treatment plans and medical history.


• Excellent communication skills for physician querying and staff education.
