Job Description:
Join one of the top hospitals in the nation — Cleveland Clinic Main Campus — on the G101 Special Care Transplant Unit, a high-acuity Med/Surg Tele floor caring for complex transplant, cardiac, and medical patients.

This unit supports a diverse patient population requiring telemetry, multi-system assessments, advanced monitoring, and strong clinical judgment. Excellent for RNs seeking a high-level acute care environment within a world-renowned academic hospital.

Requirements:
✔️ 18+ months of permanent bedside MS/Tele experience PRIOR to travel
✔️ 18+ months of recent MS/Tele experience (travel time accepted)
✔️ Active OH RN License or Compact License — IN HAND at submission
✔️ Certifications required:
AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
NIHSS
✔️ Must pass:

ECG Rhythm Recognition Test
SafeMedicate Assessment
✔️ Must work every other holiday
✔️ 3x12s ONLY — block schedule not available

Unit Highlights:
Special Care Transplant Med/Surg Telemetry
High-acuity adult patient population
Cardiac monitoring & telemetry
Post-transplant medical management
Multi-system acute care patients
Interdisciplinary support from PT, RT, pharmacy, social work, and rapid response teams
Orientation: 20 hours (non-billable)
Floating: Within MS/Tele scope as needed

Skills & Clinical Expectations:
Telemetry monitoring & dysrhythmia interpretation
Central & peripheral line care
Heparin protocols & non-titrating cardiac drips
Wound care & isolation precautions
PCA management
Respiratory support (O2 therapy, CPAP/BiPAP management)
Tracheostomy care*
Tube feeds & GI management
