Millions of people live with untreated obstructive sleep apnea and related sleep disorders. The downstream effects are real. Cardiovascular disease. Metabolic dysfunction. Cognitive decline. Reduced quality of life.

At the same time, traditional sleep care is fragmented and difficult to access. Long wait times. Poor follow- up. Limited adherence support.

Polaris Sleep is building a virtual model designed to make diagnosis and management of sleep apnea more scalable, payer-aligned, and accountable to outcomes. Quality sleep is our north star.

We are seeking a virtual Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team.

Role Summary
The Nurse Practitioner serves as the primary diagnosing and prescribing clinician for patients undergoing sleep evaluation and treatment in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities
● Evaluate patients for sleep disorders via telehealth
● Order and interpret HSAT
● Diagnose OSA and related conditions
● Initiate PAP therapy and adjustments
● Prescribe adjunctive therapies as appropriate
● Manage follow-up visits and escalations
● Collaborate with Care Managers on adherence
● Escalate complex cases to Medical Director

Required Qualifications
● Certified NP
● Active state license(s) (MD/DC/VA preferred)
● Experience in pulmonary and sleep
● Comfort with telehealth workflows

Preferred Qualifications
● Prior sleep clinic or HSAT experience
● Credentialled with CareFirst
● Familiarity with PAP platforms

Compensation: $130K - $135K

Location: Anywhere in the US (with a preference for candidates in MD/DC/VA)
