Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active California RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, a Recommended skills include Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, strong assessment and critical thinking, proficiency with EMR systems, and the ability to communicate with families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
