Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: 12 hour night, every other weekend & possible on call requirement
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Pay Details :

On W2 (Travel):
Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $75.00
Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $2,700.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $30.00
Minimum Hourly Stipend: $45.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,080.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,620.00

OR

On 1099 (Travel):
Hourly Pay Rate (1099): $78.00
Weekly Pay Rate (1099): $2,808.00

1+ ICU year of experience (floating is not considered) - [REQUIRED]

Must be willing to float to similar units - [REQUIRED]
