Family First Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated **Registered Nurses (RNs)** and **Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)** to provide skilled one-on-one pediatric care in a home setting during day and overnight hours. ### Key Responsibilities

* Provide skilled nursing care according to the plan of care
* Monitor and assess patient condition throughout the shift
* Assist with enteral feeding tube care and monitoring, as applicable
* Support activities of daily living and personal care needs
* Document care provided and communicate changes in condition
* Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment

### Qualifications

✅ Current Pennsylvania RN or LPN license in good standing

✅ Current CPR certification

✅ Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

✅ Ability to work independently in a home care setting

✅ Pediatric and/or home health experience preferred, but not required
