StartDate: 6/15/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2235.00 - $2373.00

Required Qualifications
Acute care discharge planning experience - hospital setting
Charting systems experience in Epic and Allscripts
Minimum 2 years of experience
Valid Compact or Georgia state license
Must reside outside 50 miles of facilityts experience
