REQUIREMENTS:

* 3+ years of experience
* at least 3 years of acute care experience
* current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure
* BLS (American Heart Association)
* ACLS certification
* reliable personal transportation is essential
* upload all required credentials five business days before your start date
* This is NOT a pediatric floor but may occasionally have a pediatric patient - DO NOT SUBMIT PEDI ONLY RNs

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinate exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients.
* Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in the dynamic general Med/Surg unit.
* Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population.
* Utilize the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.
* Ensure holistic care, addressing patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs.
* Be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during shift.
