JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Licenses: Active OK license

* Board: Board Certification Required

* Certifications: BLS, ACLS (Preferred)

* Other Qualifications: Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred (training available)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide anesthesia services for general, orthopedic, endo/GI, ENT (including some pediatrics), GYN, spine, and cath lab cases.

* Practice to the full scope of CRNA license, excluding obstetrics.

* Participate in call rotation as the late person with minimal overnight call-ins.

* Collaborate with a stable team of CRNAs.

* Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies.
