FACILITY LOCATION
Woodland is located approximately 15 miles northwest of Sacramento. The area is very well irrigated and this drew people out to try their hand at farming. Gibson originally from Virginia who bought a lot of acreage and began to farm and raise livestock in 1857 on this huge property he had purchased.
