Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment. The RN will be responsible for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality nursing care in an acute care environment. This role includes direct patient care, patient/family education, and supporting smooth transitions of care. The ideal candidate provides holistic, individualized care and incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors into each patient’s plan of care.

This position requires strong collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary team members. You’ll maintain effective communication, follow all hospital policies and industry standards, and uphold best practices to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements:

Active CA RN License

BLS, ACLS

PALS (within 180 days of hire)

TNCC (within 180 days of hire)

NIHSS (within 90 days)

Epic charting experience required

Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience
