JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: BC

* Licenses: VA

* DEA: Active

* Certifications: ACLS, BLS

* Experience: Greater than 2 years or similar experience

* Other Qualifications: Clean background/no malpractice or license issues, no exceptions

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage new cardiology patients in inpatient setting.

* Perform follow-up visits for existing patients.

* Conduct rounding on assigned patients.

* Document patient encounters and progress notes.

* Coordinate discharge planning and care transitions.
