JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: Board certification required

* Licenses: Active Ohio NP license (or ability to obtain)

* DEA / CDS: Active DEA required

* Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required

* Experience: Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred

* Other Qualifications: TB and Flu clearance per credentialing standards

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide independent evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of emergency department patients within NP/PA scope.

* Collaborate with physicians to manage patient care in a 17-bed ED with 25,000-26,000 annual visits.

* Perform 12-hour shifts covering morning, evening, and night hours as scheduled.

* Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.

* Document patient encounters in EMR system and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
