DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide weekend coverage from Friday 5pm to Monday 7am (24-hour call)

* Handle urgent cardiac surgical cases from the cath lab

* Perform vein harvesting procedures

* Round on patients and manage post-operative care

* Consult with surgeon backup as needed
