Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule: 5x8-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required

Shift Options:
Days: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Nights: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Compensation: $18/hr (W2) + $950/week stipend = $1,625/week total

Patient Populations: Medical-Surgical, Orthopedic, Dementia, Memory Care
EMR: PointClick Care
Hours Guaranteed: 37.5 per week

Active LPN License – New York
BLS (AHA) certification required
Minimum 1+ year LPN experience (LTC experience strongly preferred)
Ability to float to all units within the same building
Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
