PsySpark Health is a modern, tech-forward behavioral health practice serving New Jersey. We handle the marketing, billing, admin, and Collaborating Physician fees. You just log in, treat patients, and get paid.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role perfect for a PMHNP looking to build a flexible private practice caseload or supplement a full-time job.

The Financials (Transparent 60/40 Split): We operate on a transparent revenue share model. You keep 60% of collections.
Initial Eval (60 mins): You earn approx. $114 - $130 per visit.
Follow-Up (15-20 mins): You earn approx. $90 - $100 per visit.
Effective Hourly Rate: $150 - $200/hr (depending on your speed and case mix).

Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management via video (Telehealth).
Diagnose and treat ADHD and Anxiety disorders.
Prescribe medications (including controlled substances) in strict compliance with NJ laws and the Ryan Haight Act.
Document notes in our streamlined, cloud-based EHR within 24 hours.
