Clinical responsibilities include managing 15-20 patients daily, delivering primary care services, and managing chronic and acute medical conditions while maintaining accurate documentation. The position requires prescriptive authority and involves working collaboratively with the site medical director, behavioral health team, physicians, nurse practitioners, certified nursing assistants, and licensed practical nurses/registered nurses.
