RN Program Manager – Magnet Coordinator (Quality & Compliance)

Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Program Manager to lead our Magnet recognition and clinical compliance initiatives. You will direct the planning and implementation of activities for accreditation agencies (TJC, CMS, and State), coordinate on-site surveys, and prepare compliance reports. This leadership role involves educating staff on accreditation processes and developing methodologies to exceed regulatory standards. You will serve as a key resource for steering committees and lead program sustainability for ongoing readiness.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.


• 5+ years of clinical acute care hospital experience.


• Proven experience with TJC, CMS, and State Hospital licensing requirements.


• CPHQ or HACP certification preferred.


• Strong background in project management and group facilitation.
