26 bed OR with multiple specialties including: General, Pediatrics, Open Vascular and Endovascular, Neuro, ENT, DaVinci Robotics, Ortho trauma, Ortho Joints, Plastics, Dental, GU and GYN. Coastal Maine location about 2 hours north of Boston. Travel Operating Room Nurse and Surgical Tech assignments in Portland, ME place you in a state-of-the-art surgical department at the facility, a 929-bed academic medical center and Level I Trauma Center. The hospital is Magnet-recognized for nursing excellence and offers advanced surgical services, serving patients from across Northern New England. You will assist with a variety of surgical procedures, maintain sterile technique, and document care using EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
