Flexible Per Diem Shifts in Chicago's PICU!

Seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Chicago, IL. You will provide advanced, family-centered critical care to infants, children, and adolescents with life-threatening illnesses, injuries, or post-surgical needs, working closely with intensivists, fellow nurses, respiratory therapists, and the care team.

Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification (PALS required; ACLS preferred or required)
Previous PICU or pediatric critical care nursing experience (typically 1-2 years)
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
