We are actively hiring Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses (Med-Surg RNs) for Travel and Local contract assignments across multiple states.

Requirements

Active RN License
Active BLS Certification
Minimum 6 months–2 years of Med-Surg experience preferred
Experienced Med-Surg RNs are welcome to apply
Additional specialty certifications may be required depending on the facility
Med-Surg RN Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly report abnormalities.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Care for patients with a variety of medical conditions, including post-operative, cardiac, respiratory, renal, and other acute conditions.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
