Position: Registered Nurse – Stepdown
Schedule: 36 hours/week
Contract Role | Travel/Local Candidates Accepted

Weekly Pay Package: $3,266.00

Regular Pay: $792.00
OT Pay: $594.00
Stipend: $1,880.00
Total Weekly (36 hrs): $3,266.00

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Stepdown RN to provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality care under pressure.

Active California RN License (required)
Minimum 3 years of recent Stepdown experience
BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
