The Ortho/Observation nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6. You must have a minimum of 18 months of Telemetry experience within the last 3 years, an active RN license, and proficiency in managing heparin infusions and interpreting telemetry. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and strong clinical assessment skills are required.
