Location: Will be completing 6 member visits per week with 2 days for documentation within the Texas- Austin area

Shift: Work schedule 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday-Friday, possibility for OT

Duration: 6 Months, possible extension and/or conversion

Job Description: We are the STAR Kids Assessment Team who completes initial assessments for the new children that come on to the STAR Kids program. . We assess for any potential unmet needs the child may have or assess for any Medicaid services in which the child could benefit from based upon their condition. Typically have 3 days with 2 visits per day and 2 full days for documentation. Member visits completed in member’s home so travel from employee’s home office to member’s home and back is required. We do work with the pediatric population so we are scheduled visits at 3:00pm which have a great potential (with drive home) to go past 5:00 pm. This is also a documentation heavy position with specific turnaround times for documentation to be submitted. Performance metrics are measured by documentation and training compliance as well as set company goals.

RN ADN, BSN or MSN
More than 3 years nursing experience.
Must be in the Austin, TX area.
