Required qualifications include an associate’s degree in nursing, current RN license per state regulations, and CPR certification. Experience in postpartum care, breastfeeding support, and managing high-risk pregnancies is preferred. Skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and communication with review organizations are valuable.
