We are seeking Full time Registered Nurses to work within an Acute Inpatient Hospital in Tallahassee, FL and offering a generous sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance!!

** Only 1 year of RN experience required and Will accept LTAC experience**

Shift Details: Full-Time – Days (7a-7p) or Nights (7p-7a) Available – (with Rotating weekends)

Units with Needs:
• Med/Surg Ortho
• Med/Surg Oncology

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

Compensation:
Pay rates: Up to $39.60/hr. (Based on experience and unit)
Shift Diffs: $3/hr. Nights; $2/hr. Weekends
Sign-On Bonus – $10,000 (Days) and $15,000 (Nights)
Relocation Assistance (Case by Case basis)

• Med Surg Neuro - Ft. Walton Beach, FL - 3x12 Days Only
• Med Tele – Sanford, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• Stepdown – Sanford, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• ICU or CVICU – Sanford, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• CVOR – Kissimmee, FL | 3x12 Nights
• Med/Surg – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• Med Tele – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• Cardiac Surgery ICU – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• ER/FSED – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Mids / Nights

• 1 year of Recent RN experience. (Does not need to have acute care experience) Would be open to LTAC experience.
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Current BLS required
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• ASN required; BSN preferred
