Thrive Reconstructive Surgery is currently hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our dedicated clinical team. We’re seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented professional.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with patient intake, exams, procedures, and post-operative care
Support providers in the delivery of personalized, compassionate care
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment
Participate in ongoing training and support as needed

Schedule
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Wichita, KS (training may occur in Denton or Fort Worth, TX)

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience

Active RN license or MA certification required
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
Experience in reconstructive surgery, wound care, or trauma cases is a strong plus
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
