Pharmacist
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 72 biweekly, OT after 80hrs worked in the second week
Shifts Mon-Thurs 8:30 PM – 06:00 AM
Friday 8:30 PM - 07:00 AM
Saturday 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Sunday 07:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Float Requirements: None
On Call/Call Back: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
Weekends: every other in the rotation
Holidays: every other rotation
Required Certs: WI Pharmacist License
Required Education: Doctorate of Pharmacy preferred not required
Minimum 1 years of inpatient hospital experience preferred
Charting: Epic required
Unit Specific Skillset :able to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities in a central inpatient pharmacy--verifying EPIC orders, checking technician work, answering pharmacist phone calls, etc. , providing inpatient and outpatient IVs,compounding inpatient unit dose meds, : Night shift does cover multiple hospital orders through out the organization
Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery, Med/Surg, OB/GYN, ICU, outpatient oncology, ED
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates.

Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours.
During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times. This is an Aspirus policy, and compliance is mandatory (No exceptions). Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action.
