Flexible Per Diem CNA Shifts Available in Old Bridge!

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality resident care in Old Bridge, NJ.

Setting/Facility Type: 🏥 Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Provide compassionate, person-centered care while respecting residents’ dignity and privacy.
Document care provided accurately and timely.
Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support quality resident care.

Active CNA License - Must hold a current, unencumbered CNA license in the state where they will be working.
Current CPR/BLS certification (if required by the facility).
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (or as required by the facility).
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and employment verification.
Current physical examination, TB test/PPD or QuantiFERON, and all required immunizations.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Reliable transportation to assigned facility.
