Job Title: RN Med-Surg
Location: Petoskey, MI 49770
Duration: 13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
Shift: 12-hr day/night shifts, every other weekend.
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Overtime Starts after: 40 hours
35 mile radius of facility is considered a local traveler.

Pay Details:

For Travelers/Stipend:
Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2):$66.00
Weekly Pay Rate (W2):$2,376.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate:$28.00
Minimum Hourly Stipend:$38.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable):$1008.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable):$1,368.00
OR
For Traveller 1099 Candidates:
Hourly Pay Rate (1099):$69.50
Weekly Pay Rate (1099):$2,502.00

Requirements:
2+ years of straight med surg. Not float, not SDU/TELE, etc. Must be straight RN MS - [REQUIRED]
Level II or I - Trauma level experience - [REQUIRED]
Travel - [PREFERRED]
