Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $72.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,592.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $33.89
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1.220.04
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,371.96
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $75.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,700.00
Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric and neonatal teams
• Float to various children’s units as required
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and family-centered care
Requirements
• Current Oklahoma RN License or Multistate Compact RN License
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• NRP Certification (American Heart Association)
• Recent Level I Trauma Hospital experience required
• Level IV NICU experience required
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
