REQUIREMENTS:

* Current EPIC EMR proficiency is required.
* Active BLS & Ohio RN license are both required.
* Hospice experience.
* Valid driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance for homecare.
* Will need EPIC remote training for hospice.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* RN will work in Hospice inpatient unit and homecare.
* 36 hours/week.
* Nightshift: (1-night 7p-730am in the inpatient unit, 2 nights 730p-8am in hospice homecare) with every 3rd weekend required.
* There are no call requirements.
