Surgical Technologist, CVOR Experience: 2 years Certifications: CERT-NBSTSA- CSFA SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year CVOR Certified Surgical First Assistant

At least 9 of the last 12 months working in CVOR
