Registered Nurse, OR
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS; ACLS; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in entire work history
