Registered Nurse – Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN)
StartDate: 2/2/2026 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1603.00 - $1702.00

Travel RN - Telemetry jobs in San Antonio, TX place you at the heart of a dynamic city known for its rich culture and welcoming community. As a Telemetry Registered Nurse on the 4T unit, you will monitor and care for patients with cardiac conditions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment at the facility. You must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a current Texas RN license. Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is expected. Recommended qualifications include two years of acute care experience, with previous clinical nursing experience in medical-surgical, telemetry, or intensive care settings.
