Radiology / Cardiology - CT Tech

Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT/X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week contract. This position will support the Radiology Department in delivering high-quality imaging services, primarily focused on CT but also supporting X-ray as needed. The facility is a 23-bed Critical Access Hospital utilizing EPIC for charting and offers a supportive environment for both experienced and first-time travel professionals.

Responsibilities:
Perform CT scans and X-rays in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.

Accurately document and chart procedures in the EPIC system.

Ensure imaging equipment is properly maintained and operational.

Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide seamless patient care.

Provide services in compliance with hospital safety policies and regulations.

Participate in departmental meetings and follow organizational protocols.

Key Requirements:
Comfortable working a 4x10-hour block schedule (Monday–Thursday, 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM).

Must be willing to perform X-rays as needed by the department.

2 years of experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted.

Ability to work independently in a Critical Access setting.

Demonstrates excellent patient care and communication skills.

Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience in CT and X-ray preferred. First-time travelers will be considered.

License:

Valid ARRT certification in Radiography and CT.

Oregon State Radiologic Technologist License

Skills:

Proficient in performing CT and X-ray procedures.

Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle emergency situations effectively.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.

Requirements

License:
