Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. The SLP will work with patients of all ages to develop customized treatment plans that address communication and swallowing difficulties, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
Provide therapy for patients with speech sound disorders, language delays, voice disorders, fluency issues (e.g., stuttering), and cognitive-communication challenges.
Educate and counsel patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (e.g., physicians, occupational therapists, psychologists) to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings, if working in educational settings.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in speech-language pathology through continuing education and professional development.
CO CDE License required.
