About the Position:
Roseland Community Hospital is seeking a talented and experienced Contract/Per Diem Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care and assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the hospital. They will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the medical team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.

Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients

Educate patients and families about their health condition, treatment options, and discharge planning

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and report any changes in patient condition to the medical team

Respond to emergencies and assist with resuscitation efforts as needed

Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours and be available for on-call duties as needed.
