Registered Nurse – Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN)

The Telemetry Travel Nurse RN position in San Antonio, TX offers a dynamic assignment monitoring patients at a full-service acute care hospital. You will provide direct nursing care, monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize clinical changes, and collaborate with the care team to support safe outcomes. Required qualifications include an active Texas RN or applicable multistate license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), 2 years of acute care nursing experience, and 1 year of current telemetry experience. Recommended skills include cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, clinical assessment, rapid prioritization, patient education, and effective interdisciplinary communication.
