Registered Nurse (RN) – Job Description

We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for travel contract assignments. The RN will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and quality patient care while working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care according to facility policies and nursing standards.
Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and document patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Develop and implement appropriate nursing care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare staff.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of assignment.
Current BLS certification; ACLS or other certifications as required by the facility.
Recent relevant clinical experience.
Ability to work the assigned shift and complete the full contract.
Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
Travel nursing experience is preferred but not always required.
