Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a certified MRI Technologist with a current OBMI MRI License for a 13-week travel assignment at their Portland, OR facility. The technologist will work a block schedule, Thursday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. First-time travelers and candidates with 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols

Operate MRI scanners and related equipment safely and effectively

Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC

Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures

Work collaboratively with the radiology team and other medical staff

Adhere to safety, infection control, and radiation safety standards

Participate in orientation and training as required

Qualifications
Education:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years MRI experience preferred

First-time travelers accepted

License:

Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) – MRI License required

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of MRI equipment and safety protocols

EPIC charting experience preferred

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work independently and manage workflow efficiently
