* Previous leadership experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead and guide nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, in following policies and procedures.
* Coordinate patient care, including assessments, treatments, and documentation.
* Mentor and provide ongoing education to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
* Ensure compliance with regulations, infection control, and quality assurance.
* Respond to medical emergencies following established protocols.
